Refund policy

Our return policy is within 30 days from when your order was delivered. Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. There is a $6 return label fee per order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).

All returns received AFTER the 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

*Custom items are final. No returns accepted.

*Clearance items are final. No returns accepted.

 

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt for any issues or defects. If there are damaged items or incorrect orders, please contact us at support@faithknocks.com as soon as possible. 

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@faithknocks.com. We will issue you a return shipping label with return instructions upon receipt of payment for the $6 mailing label fee.

Refunds

You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return. If your return is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to post.
